RETURN, EXCHANGE, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
We will refund you the full amount or provide free of cost replacement of the product within Thirty Days (30) days after the product has been delivered, in case you have;
1. Changed your mind to buy the item you have ordered or;
2. Received the item in an If you are not satisfied or;
3. Received an item that is different from the item that you have ordered with us;

In order to get a full refund, please return the item to us in their original packing in unopened and undamaged condition, with all original tags/labels attached along with proof of purchase within Thirty Days (30) days from the date of receipt of items at your end.
All costs associated with returning the item to us including return shipping charges and any taxes if applicable shall need to be taken care of by you.
Gift cards, personalized products, sale, clearance, and promotional items are not eligible for a return or exchange.
Original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch with our sales/support team and inform them at the earliest possible.
Once we receive the product back and verify its packaging/condition, we will initiate the refund procedure for your money within 3-4 working days.
The refund will be processed to the same account/method from which the payment was made. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Warranty: The products sold are covered under manufacturer’s warranty for 30 Days. In case you find that the product is not working properly after you have opened the box, we will replace or exchange the product to your satisfaction, without any questions asked within Thirty Days (30) days. The faulty product/part has to return back to us for replacement/repair.
Important Note: At the time of taking the delivery of the items you ordered, please ensure that the product received is undamaged, is properly packed and acknowledge the same to the delivery person. In case the box looks damaged or tampered with, please do not take the delivery of the product. Call or email our sales support immediately.
Before Installation Notes
1. Tips 1: Test before installation
When testing, do not remove any protective film, Sticker or tags.
2. Tips 2: Simulates testing
Screen replacement is very fragile product. We strongly suggest test before installation. Please simulates testing, which means mobile phone apart, (motherboard + LCD or screen) connected audio cable and new replacement, power on, test finished. If test OK, please install it. If it can not show, please contact us at the very first time. And please do not force it to be installed in the mobile phone. We will not be responsible if the mobile phone is damaged during installation.
3. Tips 3: Do not over-bend cable
Please make sure LCD cable Do not over-blend. Over 90 degrees bent will cause black display.
